Living.TV the web based IP TV Channel from CityLife Magazine requested SinVision to create a short promotional film for Entropy located in Leicester.

Tom Cockerill had apprenticed as a chef at the Michelin-starred Hambleton Hall in Rutland so once Entropy had a kitchen he started cooking for us full-time. In February 2003, 18 months later, Entropy was awarded ‘Best pub/bar meal in Leicestershire’ at the Leicestershire Tourism Awards and shortly after that was a finalist at the Heart of England Awards and Shortlisted for the Observer Food Monthly Food Awards.

Entropy Bar has since evolved and matured into the well-established Bar/Restaurant it is today – we have fantastic menus designed to give the best value whilst demonstrating the consummate skill of our award-winning and nationally recognised chefs.
