Wednesday 22 July saw many people turn out in terrible weather conditions to either watch or participate in the Leicester 3K Fun Run at Victoria Park.

Councillor Manjula Sood attended and accepted a cheque for £13,1450 raised from a musical event at DeMontfort Hall organised by Mr Vasantkumar Bhakta (aka Mr Bee).

Despite the weather getting worse as the evening progressed all runners did their best and as the video clip shows everyone was in high spirits.
