As part of the run up to the Special Olympics SinVision was there to capture Lee recieiving his award.

Fri 3rd July 2009 at the Leicester County Hall Lee Penfold recieved the The Leicestershire First Judges Special Award and Cheque for £3000 for his Basketball Club Leicester and Distrtict Special Olympics Basketball Club.

The awards ceremony was compered by former BBC News presenter Martyn Lewis CBE whilst Mr Maurice Thompson the High Sheriff of Leicestershire kindly gave an interview praising Lee which can be seen in the opening section of the video to the right.
