B&Q SUPER WAREHOUSE OPENS IN PETERBOROUGH

B&Q was our very first client and we were commissioned to film the new Super Warehouse at Peterborough from 9 weeks leading up to its grand opening. We filmed various stages of the Warehouse taking shape, the night staff, the flower section going in, team building at paint ball and Dog racing and of course the grand opening day. This project was such fun and it was great to see how B&Q works as a team and as a team they certainly do it well.

ANOKI RESTAURANT - BURTON ON TRENT - DERBY - NOTTINGHAM

A Living.TV project - The Anoki Restaurant chain was a joy to film as everyone there made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Great lighting, service, and of course great food is the key to attract people when there are so many restaurants to choose from. The Anoki chain of restaurants has got it right and all three that we filmed were all very different in style but offered the same extreme high quality service.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS - LEICESTER

Our very own David Sinclair and Bipin Anand from Touchrainbow productions volunteered to film the Special Olympics which lasted five whole days. With filming before during and after the event the total amount of video footage taken was just under 2 terabytes. Together we produced the official 2.5 hour double DVD for the Council of Leicester and this was by far the best free project we have been involved in.

AUTOSPORT SHOW 2009

We filmed a summary of the Autosport Show and Piston Head Show 2008 for the Haymarket Group. Our footage was then used as part of the promotional video on the official Autosport Show web site to entice people to come and visit the Autosport 2010 Show. Always have a buzz filming at the Autosport Show as there is always some exciting new cars to film.

COSBY BIG LOVE - COSBY

Cosby Big Love was organised by William Donaghue who brought the Towns folk of Cosby together to remember the 25 years since the Falklands War. We volunteered our film services for free to film this event. The Band of the Parachute Regiment led the way for the standard bearers and marching Veterans soldiers to the Cosby Church where wreaths were laid. A very moving day and the sun shone down on those who attended.

BLUEPRINT - NOTTINGHAM

A Living.TV project - BluePrint Nottingham was a very interesting project as we had never seen vehicle wrapping before or such large printers for that matter. After watching the process it was time to start work and we filmed pretty much everything as it happened. Apart from one clip which was staged for the camera everything else was very much a true working environment.

BRITISH KOREANS VETERANS ASSOCIATION

Now this project was indeed an honor for us as we were commissioned to film the Korean War Commemoration Day at the National Memorial Arboretum. This was the 55th year since the cease fire and the Korean Ambassador and Korean De fence Attache came over especially for the visit. During the Ambassadors key speech the electricity failed and his voice could no longer be heard by the microphone. On the DVD it was our MD David Sinclair who narrated the Ambassadors unheard speech.

BURNING WARSHIP

We came across Burning Warship when filming a Battle of the bands, they were infact the worthy winners. With energy that got the crowd on their feet and with a very impressive lead singer the band were unstoppable, alas all good things come to an end and the band are sadly no longer singing together. We were lucky enough to film them whilst they played in their home town of Corby.

BLUE PORTAL TELECOMMUNICATION

A Living.TV project - We had met Blue Portal Telecom's before as we had created a promotional film for them once already. After moving to new premises it was time to have a second film created. Telecom's companies are always interesting to film as there is so much to film from new gadgets, latest blutooth headsets, and of course an array of different mobile phones. Another good project!

COLLINGTREE GOLF CLUB

A Living.TV project - The an important thing when filming a Golf course is the weather has to be right. This project was delayed twice due to the weather not being right. 99 percent of the film is based out doors so sunshine, blue sky with nice white clouds is the order of the day and when we filmed this project it was one of the sunniest days of the month.

DAVID SINCLAIR WITH ORIGINAL PINK FLOYD DRUM KIT

Time To Breath is a seven piece Pink Floyd tribute band from the Northampton area. Graham Collins a close personal friend of mine happens to own an original Nick Mason Pink Floyd drum set and Graham brings it out now and again. We filmed TTB with 5 camera's and this image is of me taking a breather from filming posing on Grahams famous drums.

ELIZABETH MICHAEL ASSOCIATES - NOTTINGHAM

A Liiving.TV project - Elizabeth Michael are a fantastic recruitment agency located in Nottingham. What we liked about them was their energy which came over in their promotional film. John Hyde the MD was very keen for us to capture all of the staff members in their working environment and we also visited the local School to film some of the children, Head Master and John as Elizabeth Michael works with this School on a regular basis.

CANCER RESEARCH UK CHARITY FASHION SHOW

Fashion Shows are always good to film as there is so much movement to capture, pretty faces and some nice new clothes ranges. This particular show was run in Blaby, Leicestershire and it was raising funds for Cancer Research UK. There was a good mix of styles to see ranging from small children to adults in Indian dress, elegant and smart casual clothing and even Burlesque. Entertainment was from local guitarist Jersey Bud.

CHANTERELLES FEMALE CHOIR IN CONCERT

We were requested by The Chanterelles Female choir to film them sing in Saint James The Greater Church as thy performed with the Bath Male Voice Choir who came 5th on the TV series Last Choir Standing. Both choirs sang very professionally and the attendees in the congregation certainly enjoyed it. We filmed this event with three camera's one was even placed in a tower looking down over the entire audience and choirs.

CHRIST IN THE CENTRE - LEICESTER

Christ in the Centre is a massive undertaking where the centre of Leicester is transformed into a stage for Christian drama group "SPEAR" to perform. CITC attracts around 10,000 people to the City centre and several marches through the centre take place before meeting in the main area of the clock tower for the re enactment of the last few days of Christ.

CoRVETTE RACING TEAM

The Corvette Racing team from XERO and Pinnacle Communications were filmed at Silverstone for the Britcar Press day. Their Corvette C5R was put through it 's paces by drivers Mitch Miett and Alan Bonner. We produced a four minute promotional video for the team to use for self advertisement.

FARNDON BOAT HOUSE

A Living.TV project - The Farndon Boat House is one of those places that is tucked away and hard to find but when you find it you are so glad. This project was a joy in the fact everything was so well organised by the owners and the chefs and staff who worked there made filming in a restaurant less hassle. As you can imagine a camera shoved in your face while you are trying to eat is not very welcomed.

HOUSE TO HOME - LEICESTER

A Living.TV project - Another great furniture place in Leicester that is so easy to walk by and not notice it. One of the things I remember from this project is the MD of House to Home went out onto the street and asked members of the general public to come in and be apart in the filming. I thought this was a bit unconventional but he did manage to get 5 people into the film and they were all to happy to be in it.

PORSCHE CLUB GB - BLENHEIM PALACE

We have been filming for the Porsche Club GB for many years and have got to know the Directors very well. Friendships have been made and we are very proud and honored to be associated with the Club. Blenheim Palace was a two day event in the Summer of 2009 and SinVision was there to film the Club's key event of the year. A DVD was produced showing the two day event and was placed into the Club shop for purchase. This was an amazing event to film from the interviews, cars on display, to the various mini shows put on by the Porsche Club Directors.

DEFT LEPPARD IN CONCERT

One of the first "live" tribute bands we ever filmed and Deft Leppard were the real deal if you never got to see Def Leppard. We filmed them at the Robin2 in Bilston and the stage area was packed out so in order for our camera man on the stage to get good close up angles from left and right, he was using the hidden corridor behind and under the stage to run down. We are very proud of the artwork we produced for their DVD as it is based on a Deft Leppard album.

DRAGON BOAT RACE - LEICESTER

As part of the Leicester Riverside Festival the Dragon Boat Race is a great way to have fun and raisin money for Charity. The Charity in this case was PROSTaid and this was infact the very first project we did for PROSTaid. Since then we have now completed 9 films for PROSTaid covering aspects of operations, the grief the Cancer causes and the stigma of not going to be checked out. A very good project to film and the DVD sales help fund the Charity.

JEFF SCOTT SOTO - SINGER EXTRODINAIRE

You don't get the chance to film singers like JSS on a regular basis so when you get the chance you jump at it. Jeff has sung on over 110 albums, has been on countless DVD's, sung with the likes of the Trans Siberian Orchestra and was the lead singer for rock legends Journey for a period of time. A true professional and a very pleasant man to talk to, he is certainly not up himself and spent more than enough time talking to fans for general chat and interviews. The DVD to the left was the one off we made for Jeff, only three copies are in existence.

Miss BLABY 2008 - 2009 - 2010

Miss Blaby is one of those projects you look forward to year after year. This year sees us filming Miss Blaby for four years running and each year is different in the way of the presenters, location and of course contestants. We film with three camera's to get different angles as the beauty contestants approach the stage area.

JURYS INN - NOTTINGHAM

A Living.TV project - Jury's Inn Nottingham was an amazing hotel to film as it was so big, you can see from the image to the left how tall the outside of one of the buildings is. A very impressive Hotel and equally impressive staff as they cut about doing their jobs with efficiency.

LEICESTER GOLF COURSE

A Living.TV project - As I have mentioned earlier filming a Golf course requires Sun and more Sun. This project was postponed three times until the fourth attempt was a good enough day to film. The Leicester Golf Club is a smashing to film as it is not to big or undulating but has enough variations in the types of open areas to make an interesting game. Once again the video is working extremely well for the Club by bringing in new paying Golfers who have seen the video.

EMDA - HIGH GROWTH AWARDS SCHEME

We have filmed the East Midland Development Agency High Growth Wards Scheme for two years running at the Walkers Stadium. News reader Angela Rippon was the host and the the various videos we had to film around the entire East Midlands was shown to a packed out room including one of the Dragons from the TV series Dragons Den.

GENERATIONS BAND

The Generations and approached us to film them and create artwork for the DVD. Sadly the band are no longer a group but I have to say that the band were very professional and were really easy to get on with. Only downside was the fact the band used horrible LED lights which are not video camera friendly, especially the colour red.

GLASTONBLABY 2010

Adrian Bramley from Solo-Promotions was one of the master minds behind this great concert raising funds for the Harley Staples Trust and Help for Heroes. Seven bands including Leicester's very own" The Screening" freely gave up their precious time to entertain the eager crowd.

OPIUM RESTAURANT - NOTTINGHAM

A Living.TV project - The Opium Restaurant is a typical Chinese Restaurant with Chinese lanterns, decorations, carved wood and seats but what makes this different is the restaurant is split over three floors. This is fine if you are going there to eat but not when you are carrying heavy camera equipment and lights. The restaurant is everything is says in the video, authentic, pleasant surroundings and absolutely mouth watering food.

PLUG BATHROOM - LEICESTER

A Living.TV project - Plug Bathroom had only been opened a short while before they decided to have a promotional video made. At first they were skeptical as to how it would look, but after seeing the finished results they were more than happy and have used the video to show potential clients the type of bathroom and shower units they have on display.

We filmed and produced a great promo video for www.rideroute66.co.uk and we have to say this was one of the high light projects of 2010 for obvious reasons. We filmed along 1500 miles along the famous Route 66 seeing sights as LA, Las Vagas, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Hollywood, Beverley Hills, Santa Monica Pier.

RISLEY PARK RESTAURANT

A Living,TV project - Risley Park Restaurant was one of those restaurants that was supposed to have a few people eating there and it turned out to be packed out full on the night of filming. Needless to say it becomes a chore when people are contantly looking at the camera lens but the show must go on and the finished result was very good.

THE RIVERBANK RESTAURANT - NOTTINGHAM

A Living.TV project -The Riverbank Restaurant is the type of place you want to visit if you are into Sports as it is pretty much opposite the Notts County Football and Cricket Club. The Restaurant has a lovely outside terrace and a cool look inside with a conferance room situated upstairs. We filmed throughout the day and re visted in the night to get the required shots and the end result is a promotional film that has boosted sales figures.

TOM BROWNS RESTAURANT - NOTTIGHAM

A Living.TV project -Tom Browns is located on the outskirts of Nottingham and is a cosy retaurant that delivers fine service and food. Two visits were in order to grab enough footage for their promotional video. A beautiful sunny day made the differance and some great clear shots of the exterior of the main building was taken with the backdrop of a blue sky.

TRES OAK FURNITURE

This was a Living.tv project - Tres Oak Furniture were very friendly and were so accommodating having a rather large camera and tripod moving around tight spaces within their fine furniture store. The upstairs downstairs showroom was full of small to large items of wooden beds, chairs, tables, mirrors, so the smell of fresh pine and oak was in the air.

LEICESTERS GOT TALENT

Leicesters Got Talent was held inthe Platinum Suite, Leicester. The goal was to raise money for two very worthy charities namely LOROS and Rainbows. There were a total of 24 acts performing and the evening went on into very early hours. We were there to capture the event unfold and had four cameras including jimmy jib lite, hague dolly and trax system. This was a lovely project to film and produce and we certainly saw some untapped talent hidden in Leicester.

LOUGHBOROUGH SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE

We were asked to cover UK's second largest Service of Remembrance outside of London and that is Loughborough. It was a very cold and dull day but it certainly didn't stop hundreds of people coming to pay their respects. As our MD David, is an ex serving soldier of some 24 years he donated money towards the Poppy appeal on the direct sales of the Remembrance Service DVD. There is a copy of the DVD placed in the

MARTYN FORD - CONDUCTOR & MUSIC DIRECTOR

Martyn came to us to re create his artwork from one single master CD he still had in his possesion. We had to reproduce the colour, font and look of the original CD and this can be seen to the left. Maryn has worked with so many famous artists such as Sir Elton John, The Beatles, Sir Cliff Richard, Phil Collins,The BeeGees, Jethro Tull, Meatloaf, BryanFerry, the list goes on and on, so as you can imgine we were very flattered to be asked to work with Martyn who we have to say is a true professional. DEDICATION SERVICE OF THE SPIRITUALISTS

We were asked to film the Dedication Service of The Spiritualists Memorial Service at the National Memorial Arboretum Alrewas, Staffordshire. Despite the gloomy weather which is pretty much always windy, there was an amazing turnout to unveil the new monument. We shot with four cameras including one on a jimmy jib lite. The Spiritualists were all very friendly and were more than happy to be interviewed.

DURO - DIAMOND CUTTING

We were asked to create a promotional video on an amzing cutting blade called "The Rippa". The Rippa is an amazing blade capable of cutting through, wood, decking, nails, rubber, tyres, and stone. There was no stopping the blade and this is one toy that any professional engineer in the business needs in his / her array of tools.

IMPACT CRASH CENTRE - NOTTINGHAM

Living.tv project - Now this was an interesting project to film due to the nature of the business. Crashed or damaged vehicles were brought in for repair, body part replacement or respraying. Lots to film and there was always something going on worth capturing. It was interesting to see the various processes required in the spray bay area. Also seeing a car on a jig being pulled back into position. Impact were more than happy with their video which makes us happy.

VULCAN TRUST

We filmed the Victory Show and made a generous donation to LOROS and The Vulcan to the Sky trust fund and the image to the left was a thankyou from the trust.
